Our Story
Midwest Builder Services bridges two worlds: the reliable work ethic of the Midwest and the high-production intensity of the Arizona housing market.
Framing is our primary trade — and the foundation of everything we do. We are production framing contractors at heart, with roots in high-volume production work for the nation's largest homebuilders. We've successfully framed thousands of homes at the highest speeds without sacrificing quality.
We extend our scope beyond framing to cover every critical shell trade: concrete, roofing, siding, windows, and doors. This isn't about offering extras — it's about solving a fundamental problem in construction. The majority of critical path delays and accountability breakdowns happen at the seams between subcontractors. When three different subs are responsible for three different scopes, no one truly owns the outcome.
As your Shell Contractor, we eliminate that problem entirely. When one source builds the entire shell, there's no gap for finger-pointing, no scheduling conflict between trades, and no ambiguity about who's responsible. We own the critical path from concrete to the last window set — and we stand behind every inch of it.
